Child Policy

Children are welcome if a group with children is booking the whole property. Otherwise, Ivory Fields Spa Retreat is designed for adults to unwind and re-charge!

Booking Policy

  • A 20% deposit secures your booking
  • Balance of account is payable upon check-out
  • We accept the following credit cards: Bankcard, Mastercard, VISA and EFTPOS
  • Personal cheques are not accepted, except for advance deposits
  • Bookings cancelled outside 14 days prior to arrival, a 10% fee applies; bookings cancelled within 7 – 14 days prior to arrival, a 20% fee applies; bookings cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival (or non-arrival), a 50% fee applies. This cancellation policy is subject to management discretion and transfer of fees may be accepted if accommodation is subsequently filled.
  • Check-in time is from 2 pm and check-out time is by 10 am on date of departure, however we are happy to store luggage whilst you enjoy the property's facilities during the day.
