Breakfast

Breakfast is served for guests between 8.30am and 9.30am. Guests are welcome to have breakfast on the patio or in cooler months, enjoy the early sunshine inside the dining area. Freshly squeezed orange juice, natural style muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, followed by poached free range eggs and mixed grain toast. Why not try one of our special herb tea blends or fresh coffee.

find your own picnic spot on the beach, in the gardens or just laza on the balcony and take in the breathtaking view.

Lunch

Ros will create gourmet picnic lunch hampers to order, whether you choose to picnic by the creek, bushwalk in the native forest, or explore the nearby Freycinet or Bay of Fires beaches, the menu board of fresh organic produce is sure to tempt you!

Dinner

There are a number of places for guests to dine out in the area. These include: White Sands, Scamander Beach Resort, Pelican Sands new restaurant – Sea Salt, Angasi Restaurant – Binnalong Bay, Latris Restaurant – St Helens. All are located close to Ivory Fields, for everyone to enjoy during a short stay, romantic weekend getaway, or a delightful honeymoon experience on Tasmania's East Coast.
Alternatively guests can enjoy dinners prepared in our kitchen (with advanced notice). Enjoy fresh local seafood, meats and Ivory Fields farm-grown herbs, vegetables, salads and free-range eggs.

Fresh Water

Drinking water is collected rainwater purified by an ultraviolet system, no chemicals. Drinking water, herbal beverages, tea and fruit are available for guests to help themselves to throughout the day.

After Dinner

At the end of the day, take in Tasmania's incredible twilight with a 'sundowner' on the deck or a glass of bubbly in the outdoor spa! Perfect for that romantic weekend away to watch the sun go down while listening to the sound of waves crashing on the beach nearby. Retreat beverages range from fresh juices and smoothies to our fully licensed bar with spirits, cocktails, Tasmanian and Australian wines and local beers.
Spend time on the deck under the Southern Cross, accompanied by the chorus of resident frogs and the music of nearby surf. Or sit in our intimate lounge room to enjoy an after dinner drink - just the two of you. If you desire privacy, we shall bring your drinks to your room or balcony.
